Nielsen Dodge Used Vehicle Return Waiver

 

"Nielsen's 30 Day Return Policy*"

 

I, _______________________________ ("Customer"), hereby acknowledge and understand that my purchase of a pre-owned vehicle from Nielsen Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram comes with "Nielsen's 30 Day Return Policy," which is a promotional event. 

Under this promotional policy I may return for any reason the pre-owned vehicle I purchased within 30 days of delivery (unless the 30^th day falls on a Sunday, in which case I must return the vehicle on the Saturday before the 30^th day) provided that (1) the vehicle has not been driven 500 miles or more from the time of delivery; and (2) the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to me.  Subject to my satisfaction of these two conditions, upon return of the vehicle purchased, I will receive a full credit of the purchase price toward the purchase of any other pre-owned vehicle in stock of equal or greater value, excluding any vehicles listed as an advertised special.

The vehicle I initially purchased will be fully inspected upon delivery, and unless the vehicle is returned in the same condition with 30 days or less of the date of delivery, with no more than 500 additional miles than when delivered, I have no right to return the vehicle under the "Nielsen's 30 Day Return Policy."

The "Nielsen 30 Day Return Policy" is applicable only to the first vehicle I purchased, and does not apply to any vehicle for which I am given a credit.
